How Does Return Policy Work?
1.Initiate A Return
Via Contact-Us page > Send your ORDER details by a contact form.
2.Confirmation of return
Once confirmation has been received, please follow the steps for your return received by our departement.
3.Return The Item
The merchandise as well as the original packaging must be carefully packed in order to avoid any damage during transport.
On the outside of the package, please write legibly:

Inside the package, be sure to indicate the data below:
Your name, first name and address
Your order number
Your return number (provided by customer service)
Send your package within 14 days by post or by carrier according to your preferences. We recommend that you choose a standard shipment with tracking since the sender will be held responsible for any damage, loss or delay of the package. Please note that the return costs (postage and packaging) are the responsibility of the customer. Before making a return, please check with the competent authorities whether refund of VAT and taxes paid is possible. In certain cases such as reyours outside the European Union, you will have to fill in the postal forms necessary for customs clearance (CN22 and / or CN23), it is important to indicate “Returned goods – Failed sale” and to attach the aforementioned documents outside the parcel. We kindly ask you to follow the return procedure carefully, because in case of taxes and customs duties to be paid, the package will be refused. As a result, it could be blocked at customs or returned to the sender, generating additional costs for the sender.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund in 14 days.
Upon receipt, the products will be subject to careful control to assess whether they meet the conditions for return. If the slightest sign of use is detected, the return will be refused.
Please note that for credit cards, the refund may only appear on the following month’s bank statement (however, the transaction should already appear on the card movements).

Q. How can I receive a refund if I paid by credit card?
If you have paid by electronic means (credit or debit card), the amount paid will be refunded to your card. The amount paid may take up to a month to be reflected on your card statement, depending on the individual banking process.
Q. Can I replace or exchange an item instead of a refund?
At the moment, lynsyo.com does not offer replacement or exchange of an item; however, you can still return an item for a full refund.
Q. I lost the original packaging in which I received the item, how can I return it?
We accept the return of the item only if it is in an original box and / or intact packaging with all labels and barcodes, however, in this case, please call the Help Center for more information.
Q. I received a defective / damaged item, can I get a refund?
In the event that the item you received is damaged or defective, you may return an item in the same condition that you received it with the original box and / or packaging intact. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and if the item is defective or damaged, we will process the refund.
We recommend that you add photographs or videos as attachments that our service can possibly transfer to the manufacturer / supplier.
